(hereinafter, EUROHUECO), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and other legislation in force on the matter, hereby informs the users of the website www.walstead.es (hereinafter, the Site) of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that shall apply to the processing of the personal data that the User voluntarily provides when accessing its website.

The User, by providing EUROHUECO with his/her personal data through the electronic forms on the Website, by sending an e-mail and, where appropriate, by ticking the corresponding acceptance box, expressly consents to EUROHUECO being able to process such data under the terms of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy clause and for the purposes expressed herein.

EUROHUECO hereby informs users of the Site that their personal data may only be obtained for processing when they are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the specific, explicit and legitimate scope and purposes for which they were obtained. Main purposes

• Administration and management of the users of the site.
• Provide and/or invoice the user for the services he/she has requested.
• Handling of claims, complaints and suggestions.
• Sending of communications or information expressly requested.
• In the event that you send us your CV or register for the different job offers that we may publish, we will process your data in order to evaluate and manage your job application and, where appropriate, to carry out the necessary actions for the selection and recruitment of personnel, in order to offer you positions that match your profile.

If you do not provide the necessary data for these purposes, we will not be able to provide you with our services.

Additional Purposes

• Sending of commercial communications, by postal and/or electronic means, about products and services of EUROHUECO and other Group companies that may be of interest to the user.
• The Client may object at any time to their data being processed for the additional purpose referred to herein. In any case, the personal data collected for this purpose will be kept by the Data Controller indefinitely, for legitimate interest, unless the user expressly objects.
• Personal data will not be used for purposes other than those listed in this Privacy Policy (Main Purposes and Additional Purposes). If necessary, the user's express consent will be obtained.

Categories of data processed

For the purposes mentioned above, EUROHUECO processes the following categories of data:

• Identifying data: name, surname, postal address, e-mail address, postcode, telephone number.
• Academic and professional data: education/qualifications, student record, professional experience, membership of professional bodies or associations, in the case of selection processes.

Legitimation and retention

• The legal basis for the processing of data corresponds to the express consent of the User, requested for the specific case.
• For its part, the management of the contracting of services, payment, invoicing and corresponding deliveries is legitimised by the execution of the contract itself.
• The processing of data for the purpose of sending information on products and services of EUROHUECO and other Group companies is based on EUROHUECO's legitimate interest in carrying out such processing in accordance with the regulations in force.
• In addition, the legitimacy for the processing of your data in relation to the sending of your curriculum and inscriptions in professional offers that we may publish, is based on the consent of the user who sends their data, which can be withdrawn at any time, although this would mean that the candidature could not be taken into account in our personnel selection processes.
• The user's information may also be used to comply with EUROHUECO's various legal obligations.
• The retention periods are as follows:
  • The data will be kept in compliance with legal deadlines in accordance with commercial and sectorial regulations and in any case in compliance with legal deadlines for the prescription of possible legal actions.
  • The contact details will be kept for as long as the relationship is maintained and their deletion is not requested.
  • Data retained for commercial purposes will be kept indefinitely as long as their deletion is not requested.
  • Data in connection with the submission of CVs and participation in the job bank will be kept for 2 years.

In any case, the data will be kept for the legal periods of limitation of possible legal actions.

Recipients of Transfers and International Transfers

EUROHUECO is part of the Walstead Group (headquartered in London, Fleet House, 8-12 New Bridge Street, EC4V 6AL) and, in response to your requests for information or services, informs you that your data may be communicated to the other entities of the Group in order to better manage the requests made.

The companies that are part of the Walstead Group have databases in different countries within the European Union, so the user is guaranteed a level of protection that complies with European regulations.

Under no circumstances will your data be transferred internationally.

Rights of the persons concerned

Data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency www.agpd.es) if they consider that EUROHUECO's processing of their personal data does not comply with data protection regulations.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date, and shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation. In the event that the user provides data of third parties, he/she declares that he/she has their consent and undertakes to provide them with the information contained in this clause, exempting EUROHUECO from any liability in this regard. Any changes made to the Privacy Policy and information management practices will be reflected in a timely manner, and EUROHUECO may add to, modify or delete such privacy policy as it deems necessary.

In no event shall EUROHUECO modify policies or practices to make them less effective in protecting our customers' personal data previously stored without the prior consent of the customers concerned.
